Making Changes to your Zuppler Menu or Menu Settings

If your menu needs updated or your settings need changed, it is recommended that you contact support to assist. During TLS office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-4pm), please reach out to TLS directly by either contacting your personal coach or coaching team, or emailing [email protected] If your need is of an urgent nature AND is outside of our office hours, please call our 24/7 support team at 1-866-509-7127.

Note: We cannot guarantee any sort of turnaround time but will do our best to meet your needs. The sooner in advance you provide us with your edits, the better.

Common types of changes:

  1. Menu edits or complete overhauls (whole new menu).
  2. Changing pick or delivery settings such as delivery zones, minimum order amount, preparation time, delivery or pickup hours, service charges, sales tax, etc.
  3. Changing tenders accepted (cash, credit card).
  4. Changing business hours.
  5. Changing services such as adding or removing delivery all together.
