At times, you may come across a merchant’s website that is blocked by our ZScaler software.
Please do not submit a Clipper IT ticket. Clipper IT does not have the ability to unblock specific websites.
- Submit a ticket to Harland Clarke, which can be accessed by clicking here.
- Once you are on the site, click on the “Internet Access Exception Request”, fill out the request and submit.
Your direct manager will receive an email to approve the request and it will be processed in the order it was received.
Once submitted and approved, Harland Clarke’s security team will enable access to the site.
