MAMS: Account Launch Procedure
WEEKLY LAUNCH EMAILS: Please find the launch email sequence in Emma under your MAM account under Shared Campaigns. (For Website Only, please only send the first intro email) Each email must be preceded with a call to the merchant (the call must be a live call, voicemail, and included in the launch email confirming attempted call). Please send the launch emails to the merchant and yourself through Emma (to capture open rate of merchant) and forward the email through Outlook to the Rep, Emily, and Milestones (so the rep is aware you sent the email to the merchant and that milestones can house the confirmation that the email was sent to all involved parties as well).
MONTHLY EMAIL IMPORTS: Please perform monthly imports for the first 3 months (LF, QR, Zuppler, Menufy, Etc)
