When an account goes live, please treat them with concierge type service for the first 3 months in order to help them launch successfully. See below for the steps you will need to take.
BIWEEKLY LAUNCH EMAILS: Please find the launch email sequence for the correct program type on the server. These launch emails are to be sent to the merchant every 2 weeks upon launch until all emails have been sent – \clp-netapp-b\Total Loyalty_Merchants_Maintenance_Maintenance Templates\Launch Email Templates
DEFAULT PUSHES/EMAILS: If applicable, please schedule 2 pushes/1 email per month for the first 3 months
MONTHLY EMAIL IMPORTS: Please perform monthly imports for the first 3 months (LF, QR, Zuppler, Etc)
MONTHLY CHECK IN/CALL:Please send a monthly check in email/call for the first 3 months (the monthly call must be a live call, voicemail, or email follow up confirming attempted call)
ONCE THE FIRST 3 MONTHS ARE UP, PLEASE PROCEED WITH QUARTERLY WHITE GLOVE SERVICE
