Domain Spam

If a merchant receives a document from Domain Authority (see below example) or another Domain company, it is spam. The document may say something like this: “This is not a bill. This is a solicitation. You are under no obligation to pay the amount stated above unless you accept this offer.”

You may send the merchant the following message:

The document you received regarding your Domain is not from our company, nor do you need to pay for that. Please disregard as it is simply a solicitation from another company.
