- Paste the email addresses into a notepad file to scrub it of formatting
- Open a blank excel sheet
- Paste the group of email addresses into the first cell.
- Click on the cell with the group of email addresses in it
- Click on Data
- Click Text to Columns
- Choose: Delimited
- Click Next
- Check “Space” or “Comma” or whatever option matches what it separating the email addresses within the cell
- Click Next
- Click Finish
- Copy the entire first row of emails across line 1
- Paste them into line 2, cell A, by right clicking, choosing Paste Special, and then Transpose
- Delete line 1
