MAMS: Rep Request for Access
Please use the two (2) letters to respond to send reps when they ask for log in info. for their merchants, or ask us to send an email or push on their merchant’s behalf.
If Reps Ask For Login Info
Per company policy, and due to legal restrictions, TLS is not authorized to grant access to the Content Management and/or Email on Demand systems without the written or verbal consent of the merchant.
Once a merchant has been given their login information, they have the right, at their discretion, to add, modify, or remove users to the system as they see fit.

If Reps Ask To Send Pushes and/or Emails
Per company policy, and due to legal restrictions, TLS is not authorized to send push notifications or emails, whether generic or containing an offer, without the written or verbal consent of the merchant.
Once a merchant has given their consent directly to their Account Manager, any correspondence that they approve will be sent on their behalf.
