How to Submit Drag & Drop Email Copy to AX

Main Menu Bar:
New Order>Start An Order>Advertisement

Under Product Type Tab:
Select “Email Blast”

Under Tell Us About Your Order Tab:
*Please select a service level: Standard
*Please select the type of email design? Static Image
*Please enter the Reference Number for this order: NA
What is the Advertiser/Customer Name? (Copy/paste Business Name from Emma)
What is the Customer ID? (Copy/paste Account Number)

Complete & Attach Word Document:
Template Available: \clp-netapp-b\Total Loyalty_Merchants_Maintenance_Maintenance Templates
Manage Attachments>Choose File>Add Description>Attach
Keep attaching file until you are done
Once you are finished, click Back to Order
Click Next>Next>Submit Order

ONCE SUBMITTED:
Once submitted, you will receive an email to customer service with confirmation your job was submitted. Please copy/paste the UTN# and the Email Job Title and place in the AX Job Tracker. You can track the job status within the IDEA system if you wish (by clicking Order List>All Items), but you will also receive the test email AND an official delivery notice to [email protected] once the job is complete. Once received, please review it and make sure everything looks good. If the job is complete, you do not need to do anything further other than scheduling your email as needed and adding the completion date to the AX Job Tracker.

IF YOU HAVE ANY REVISIONS TO AN AFFINITYX EMAIL THAT YOU WOULD LIKE AX TO COMPLETE:

  • Click into the job within the IDEA System and click REVISE
  • You will need to select if the revision was a Customer Change or Pending Error
  • Add your changes into the notes section.
  • If the changes are complex you can create a word document with revisions and attach it making reference to it in the notes section
  • You can also upload more images/files if needed
  • Once complete, you can click SUBMIT
  • The first round of revisions are FREE, anything after that is billable. Please make sure you note revisions on the AX Job Tracker

IF YOU HAVE CHANGES TO AN AFFINITYX EMAIL THAT IS STILL IN PROGRESS WITH AX:

  • Find the email address at the top right corner of the IDEA System page
  • Include the UTN# of the job along with your revisions, updates, or applicable images/files
