Merchant Request for Third Party Access
If a merchant requests access to their TLS websites to make their own changes, we are able to provide them with access. However, if is a template site, the backend will be restricted to update pre-existing content only. We do not allow unrestricted access due to the theme/plug-in security issues that often arise from unknown 3rd party software.
MAMs should get email confirmation/approval from the Business Owner stating that they approve providing access for X person/company. Then, send the email approval to milestones and also note that it was received and copy/paste that approval in AppFlow notes.
Note: Per Parkey, no time needs to be added in Atlas for this. This is something we offer to them.
