ADA Extended Turnaround Time Verbiage
Sloan provided the verbiage below for us to use with our merchants to help set expectations and explain ADA delays.
We are currently experiencing longer than anticipated Mobile App activations. Please know that once we initiate the Mobile App submission process with Apple iTunes and Google Play, there are no standard timelines. The App submission, review, and approval process – which can often be lengthy – is entirely at their convenience and availability. If/when they are experiencing higher than normal submission requests, or are focused on other product areas, we can see extended wait times. We are unfortunately, currently in such an environment.
Please know that we too equally share your frustration and want to get your new Mobile App into the Apple iTunes and Google Play App Stores as soon as possible. We are currently doing everything in our power to make this happen. And with reach out ASAP once we have new information to share about approvals or require any additional assistance should Apple/GP require it.
