Merchant Request for Original Files

If/when a merchant asks for marketing material to print on their own, we cannot send them their PDFs (located in the Merchants folder). Instead, take a screenshot of the PDF, save it and send through email. Screenshots are usually 72DPI. Whatever we give them needs to be under 100DPI.
