Troubleshooting for “Error Loading Base Package”

If you ever get a customer/merchant reporting that they are getting an “Error Loading Base Package” message on their App, it means that the installation was damaged as it tried to run a content update right as the app lost it’s wifi and /or mobile data.  The only way to resolve this is to uninstall and reinstall.
